Returns and Exchanges
We are proud of the products we offer and we have low return rates, but we understand there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order. We offer a return policy on items in their original, unwashed and new condition. We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on most of our products that have not been worn—aside from checking for proper fit—and have not been washed. We do not accept returns on hats or toques, or most accessories.
At this time, our products are primarily shipped from Canada. If you return an international (U.S.) purchase, you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase less the shipping cost. International shipping cost is non-refundable, as that was the total to ship the initial order to you.
EXCHANGES (only offered within 30 days on full price and select Sale items; not offered on Limited Editions or Final Sale items)
If a size you received does not fit you, we are happy to help you return your product for store credit in order to reorder the correct size and make sure you are comfortable in your Oak and Row products. To receive store credit for your exchange, the original product must be in its original, unwashed and new condition. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your items. Requests after this point will be denied. We offer free exchanges in Canada and in the contiguous U.S., unless otherwise noted on certain products (namely Limited Editions and Final Sale items). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns/exchanges for Military Forwarders, APOs. If you wish to exchange your product and are an international (U.S.) customer, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
Once your return is received, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will indicate the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment for the value of the item returned (usually within 3 to 6 business days) and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs for U.S. customers are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it, and we will notify you of the status of your exchange and the tracking information for the exchanged item that is sent back to you.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

SHIPPING
Upon placing an order, your order will usually ship in 1 to 2 business days. We ship Monday through Friday. Any order placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will ship the next business day. A shipping confirmation email including the tracking number will be sent to the email associated with the order once complete.
